1950年 Malcolm Meguiar 發(fā)明了世界上第一款玻璃鋼模具專業(yè)脫模蠟。 美光8號蠟（M0811)誕生。經(jīng)過國內(nèi)玻璃鋼企業(yè)多年的應(yīng)用被公認(rèn)為最經(jīng)濟，最有效的脫模材料。 FRP行業(yè)之經(jīng)典傳奇脫模蠟，半個世紀(jì)暢銷不衰。一直被模仿，從未被超越。
適用范圍
適用于各類手糊玻璃鋼制品以及人造石樹脂澆注等產(chǎn)品。對不飽和樹脂，環(huán)氧樹脂，乙烯基酯樹脂均有良好的脫模效果。
使用方法
１.用干凈軟布（最好是棉布）以旋轉(zhuǎn)方法將蠟均勻地涂抹于模具表面。
２.靜置15分鐘后，再用潔凈的棉布將模糊的表層漸漸擦至光亮
３.使用舊模具時，只需涂抹一次即可，若使用新模具則需重復(fù)三至五次。
４.最后一次擦拭至模具表面光亮后，要靜置一個小時后才可以使用，已達到最佳脫模效果。
儲存方法
存儲在通風(fēng)陰涼處，隔離熱源。
在開封使用后必須密封保存。
Product Description
Mold release agent is a chemical used to prevent other materials from bonding to surfaces. It can provide a solution in processes involving mold release, metal die-cast release, plastic release, adhesive release, and tire and PU foam release. Release agents provide the critical barrier between a molding surface and the substrate, facilitating separation of the cured part from the mold. Without such a barrier in place the substrate would become fused to the mold surface, resulting in difficult clean-up and dramatic loss in production efficiency. Even when a release agent is used, factors such as irregular applications or improper release agent choice may have a dramatic effect on the quality and consistency of the finished product.

1. Use clean cotton to wipe this wax uniformly on the mold surface by rotated method. 2. After 15 minutes a fuzzy layer created,then use another clean cotton wipe this fuzzy layer untill being gloss surface, after waiting for 1 hours, can start the production. 3. For old mold use wax only one time, but for new mold or cleaned mold,need use wax to wipe 3-5 layers.
1. Store in a cool, ventilated place away from the heat 2. After opening, need to seal up for storage if not use.
