    此環(huán)氧樹脂主要用于采用真空導入，真空和低壓注射以及纏繞法等工藝制作復合材料結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品

    操作過程

    注意：

    5015 樹脂必須在 50℃以上加熱 2 小時的條件下脫模

    為了獲得所要求的耐熱性和最好的機械性能，需根據(jù)固化劑種類在 24 到 48 小時內(nèi)進行相應的后熱固化處理。

    為了避免變形，建議將積層放在托架上。

    為了 EPOLAM5015/5016 體系有良好的聚合反應，建議在室溫 20℃以上的環(huán)境中工作。

    The operation process
     
    Note:
     
    5015 resin must be demoulded under the condition of heating above 50℃ for 2 hours
     
    In order to obtain the required heat resistance and best mechanical properties, the appropriate post-thermal curing treatment is performed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the type of hardener.
     
    To avoid deformation, it is recommended to place bedding on brackets.
     
    In order to have good polymerization reaction of EPOLAM5015/5016 system, it is recommended to work at room temperature above 20℃.
